Job Title: Director of Human Resources
Overview: The Director of Human Resources is responsible for overseeing the administration, coordination, and evaluation of the human resource function within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Policy and Procedure Review: Annually evaluate and recommend improvements to the organization's HR policies, procedures, and practices in collaboration with the leadership team.
- Compliance and Legislation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and employment laws, ensuring the organization’s HR practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Personnel Compliance: Ensure the organization adheres to all legal requirements regarding employment, including regulations on hiring, employee rights, and terminations.
- Policy Communication: Communicate any changes in HR policies and procedures to staff, ensuring proper implementation and compliance.
- Compensation Management: Assist senior management in developing and administering the organization's wage and salary programs.
