Key Responsibilities : Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan that aligns with business objectives and growth targets.Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategies.Collaborate with senior leadership to define and articulate the brand value proposition.
Marketing Communications : Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.Ensure consistent messaging and brand standards across all marketing materials.Measure and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and ROI.
Proposal Development : Lead the proposal team to produce compelling, persuasive, and visually appealing proposals that win new business.Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop content that clearly articulates unique value propositions.Manage the proposal process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Brand Management : Champion brand identity and ensure consistent application across all touchpoints.Develop brand guidelines and templates to maintain consistency and reinforce brand equity.Protect and enhance the company's reputation through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements Include :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
