Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand and Marketing specialist to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth between 5 local, independently owned businesses. Steve's Garden Market has two locations, in Graham (including a Smokehouse restaurant) and Hillsborough. We have three additional businesses; I85 Golf in Haw River and TechSouth Modern Connections, and a new wedding venue being built now. Time each week will be divided between all businesses. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and strategic planning. As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals while fostering collaboration across departments and businesses.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and sales.
- Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including email marketing campaigns, social media management, and content marketing initiatives.
- Manage the company’s website using WordPress, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimized for user experience.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create effective advertising sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing decisions.
- Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives.
Skills
