Title Abstractor

```Job Summary```

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Title Abstractor to join our team. As a Title Abstractor, you will be responsible for conducting thorough research and analysis of property records in Ohio and Florida to ensure the accuracy of titles. Your knowledge of real estate law and title processing will be essential in this role. Additionally, your excellent customer service skills will be utilized as you interact with clients and provide them with accurate and timely information.

```Duties```

- Conduct comprehensive title searches and examinations to determine ownership and encumbrances

- Analyze property records, deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, and other relevant documents

- Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings from title searches

- Collaborate with attorneys, lenders, and other stakeholders to resolve any title issues or discrepancies

- Maintain accurate records of all research conducted and documents reviewed

- Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations that may impact title searches

- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing client concerns

```Qualifications```

- Strong knowledge of real estate law and title processing procedures

- Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze complex documents

- Proficiency in using GIS (Geographic Information System) software for mapping purposes

- Detail-oriented mindset with a high level of accuracy in work

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

- Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor
