```Duties```
- Conduct comprehensive title searches and examinations to determine ownership and encumbrances
- Analyze property records, deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, and other relevant documents
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings from title searches
- Collaborate with attorneys, lenders, and other stakeholders to resolve any title issues or discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of all research conducted and documents reviewed
- Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations that may impact title searches
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing client concerns

- Strong knowledge of real estate law and title processing procedures
