Actively seeking an Extremely Polished & Organized Administrative Assistant at a Global Investment Firm for a HYBRID and TEMP-to-HIRE position . The right candidate will have Administrative Assistant of 2 years or more within Professional Services, Consulting, Banking, Legal, or Financial Services.
HOURS : Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM EST
SCHEDULE | LOCATION : HYBRID | New York, NY
PAY : $70 - $80K (Commensurate w / Experience) [temp-to-Hire Role]

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree REQUIRED
- 2 Years of Administrative Experience within Financial Services, Professional Services, Legal, or Consulting
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Experience with Calendar Maintenance and Travel
- Experience supporting multiple partners and associates in a fast-paced environment
