Actively seeking Human Resources Coordinator for a HYBRID and Full-Time Position. The position is great for a candidate looking to build into an HR Generalist position down the road and previously has worked in a Law Firm or Professional Services Firmis preferred.

HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
SCHEDULE | LOCATION: HYBRID | Cleveland, OH
PAY: $55 - $65K (Commensurate w/Overall Experience)

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree REQUIRED
- 3 Years of HR Experience REQUIRED
- Proficient in MS Office Suite; Experience with HRIS Systems, including UKG a PLUS
- Ability to learn quickly; multi-task, understand a diverse array of Firm systems

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate Leave of Absence activities
- Creating letters and notices for Firmwide staff
- Apply internal policies and external regulations to answer employee questions
- Participate in national and regional salary and benefits surveys
- Assign and track new hire training
- Review I-9 submissions and work authorization for new hires
- Back up Firmwide Human Resources Manager with new hire orientations, processing hires, and leave of absence submissions
- Assist Staff Training and Development Manager with training programs for staff and firmwide performance management systems
