One of my very good client companies, located on Cleveland's east side, is hiring an experience HR Coordinator (at least 3 years exp). This full-time, in-house position administers a variety of human resources /payroll functions including overseeing various HR programs and activities within the company. This person will facilitate programs related to compensation and benefits, training, labor negotiations, workplace safety and employee satisfaction efforts. HR Coordinator assists in the hiring process and handles new employee setup, training and onboarding. Position includes administering and updating as appropriate all policies and procedures, record-keeping, file maintenance, payroll, benefits administration, training, communications, on-boarding, and legal/ union contract compliance. Candidates should have demonstrated background in being highly organized and using ADP Resources as support.
Summary
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be essential in supporting the organization's operations and initiatives. This role will focus on core functions such as payroll, employee orientation, and compliance with employment and labor laws (Must have some experience in Union negotiations). Your strong communication skills will facilitate effective interactions with employees and management. Utilizing premium skills in human capital management and project management, you will contribute to enhancing employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. Your relevant experience with HR software and data management will further streamline HR processes and support the overall success of the organization.
