What You'll Do
We are looking for an experienced and motivated paralegal / legal professional to support the growth of our corporate and commercial operations. Your responsibilities will include creating the foundation of and continuously improving contract review and analysis, contract management, and maintaining compliance with existing agreements. This is a highly cross-functional role, working with a number of departments in executing internal and external legal processes. This is a tremendous opportunity for an individual looking to apply their legal knowledge while working in the high-paced technology and SaaS industry.
How You Will Succeed
- Manage and provide legal support for the business, including international offices and subsidiaries
- Provide legal support for financial statement approval, execution, and filings
- Provide legal support for intercompany restructuring transactions and intercompany agreements
- Provide legal support for review, drafting and revision of corporate resolutions, intercompany agreements, customer contracts, vendor contracts, and other corporate contracts
- Collaborate closely with other departments, including accounting, tax, HR, sales and marketing, and customer success, to provide legal support as directed
- Lead the development of processes, procedures, and standardization to capture best practices for the company
- Maintain a database of template agreements
- Organize, index, and file all legal documents
- Renew and maintain company licensing
