At SeaSweets Poke, we’re dedicated to serving fresh, delicious poke bowls in a vibrant, fast-casual setting. We believe in quality ingredients and exceptional service, and our Back of House team plays a crucial role in making that happen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute set recipes for sides, sauces, poke, and other menu items consistently and accurately.
- Cut and prepare produce and fish, ensuring all ingredients meet quality standards (knife skills are a plus).
- Ensure the front of house is properly stocked with necessary ingredients and supplies to serve customers effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen by regularly cleaning workstations, utensils, and equipment.
- Assist with dishwashing and general kitchen maintenance to support overall cleanliness and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a collaborative environment.
- Approach each day with a professional attitude and a commitment to teamwork, always willing to lend a helping hand.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work cleanly and efficiently.

- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
