Are you passionate about wellness and creating exceptional client experiences? City Sweats is seeking an enthusiastic Spa Concierge to join our team! As the first person our clients see and the last they interact with, you'll play a crucial role in guiding them through their wellness journey.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome clients warmly and professionally, setting the tone for their relaxing experience.
- Provide exceptional service by educating clients about our memberships, services, and retail products.
- Manage bookings, answer inquiries, and ensure smooth day-to-day spa operations.
- Be a proactive problem solver, multitasker, and key team player in our small business.
- Work independently to ensure every client feels cared for, valued, and inspired to return.
- Understand and value the intentional sales focus for our clients, and the process of guiding them to the best value for their journey.
