Key Responsibilities
- Leverage Oracle Fusion HCM to optimize workflows, enhance reporting, and achieve departmental efficiency.
- Oversee the timecard management process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
- Lead and manage company-wide performance reviews, from scheduling to final documentation.
- Manage recruitment processes using Oracle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for employees and managers.
- Develop and maintain HR processes and policies that align with company objectives.
- Handle sensitive HR matters with utmost confidentiality and discretion, serving as a trusted resource for employees and leadership.
- Generate reports and actionable insights from Oracle Fusion HCM to support decision-making and strategy.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and streamline recruitment efforts.
- Provide daily support to the VP of People, including calendar management, correspondence, and preparation of HR documents.
