Job Description:

LAPTOP WILL BE ISSUED FOR THIS ASSIGNMENT IF WITHIN OR OUT OF STATE. PERSONAL CELL PHONE MIGHT BE REQUIRED FOR CLIENT'S NETWORK VALIDATION.

- Design and develop eLearning, virtual, or instructor-led learning solutions for technical, safety, compliance, systems, or soft skills concepts, following established instructional design methodologies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to conceptualize training design and content. Define Design, develop or maintain eLearning courses on safety, compliance or systems topics using Articulate Storyline.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to conceptualize training design and content. Define learning objectives, course structure, learning content and assessments. Complete detailed analysis of each task to be trained/supported for target audience, business process, and systems.
- Follow company standards, guidelines, and templates to develop learning materials including storyboards, eLearning modules, activities, scenarios, assessments, or performance support.
- Visualize instructional graphics, scenarios, or interactions. Write clear and effective instructional text, audio, or video scripts appropriate for the target audience.
- Participate in meetings with subject matter experts including task analysis, alpha, and beta. Engage with subject matter experts for ongoing content review and validation. Receive and incorporate feedback.
- Self-manage assigned tasks and deadlines to complete deliverables. Proactively communicate issues and risks.
Skills:
- 3 years’ experience developing eLearning or electronic performance support
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
- Knowledge of training development applications -Articulate Storyline.
- Flexibility to work on simultaneous development efforts, as needed
