EXCITING OPPORTUNITY for an HR Benefits Specialist seeking a position with a growing, evolving and supportive North County Manufacturer. The ideal candidate will have experience with the following:
- General Benefits Administration experience including medical, dental, vision, 401k, FSA. Managing benefit issues, open enrollment, LOA's, reconciling monthly benefit invoices for accounting, benefits compliance
- Experience with ADP required
- Must be detail oriented
- Experience managing employee related issues
- Understanding of accounting reports is preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
