Oshkosh manufacturer is looking to add an experience maintenance tech to their first shift. This position will offer you a competitive starting wage and the ability to work in a growing company with ample room for learning and growth.

Job Location – Oshkosh, WI
Starting Date – ASAP
Employment Term – Temp to hire or DH
Employment Type – Full time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st shift
Starting Pay – $25

Required Education – Some technical college is helpful
Required Experience – 2 years of experience
As a maintenance tech you will be installing, maintaining and repairing machinery, equipment and physical structures including pipe and electrical systems.
Responsibilities
- develop and conform to preventative maintenance programs
- dismantle defective machines and equipment and install new or repaired parts
- clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears and other parts of machinery
- layout, assembly and install pipe systems and hydraulic equipment
- fabricate and repair parts as needed
- other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2 years of related experience
- Experience installing electrical components - wiring electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment is a plus, not required.
- Good math, mechanical and measuring skills. Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment or independently; ability read and follow detailed instructions, and think/react quickly to troubleshoot daily mechanical issues. Ability to work the required hours of the position including weekends.
