Responsibilities :
- Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and online channels to generate sales leads.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Qualify inbound leads and turn them into sales opportunities.
- Present and promote products / services to customers based on their needs.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales deals.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve sales strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay current on industry trends, product offerings, and competitor activities.
- Proven experience in inside sales or a customer-facing role (preferably B2B).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
