We are looking for a detail-oriented Temporary Human Resource Assistant to join our HR team for the summer and assist with essential clerical and administrative functions.
Position Summary:
As a Temporary Human Resource Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department by communicating with applicants, managing clerical duties, record-keeping, and data entry.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide clerical support, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Maintain and update HR records, personnel files, and compliance documents.
- Assist with applicant tracking, orientation scheduling, and onboarding tasks.
- Support pre-employment processes such as background checks, fingerprinting and employment verifications..
- Uphold confidentiality and compliance with HR regulations.
- Perform other HR administrative tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work full-time from June - September 2025.
- Must pass a background check and standard screenings.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior or administrative role.
- Familiarity with BambooHR or similar HRIS/applicant tracking systems.
