Job Title: Investor Relations Associate
Location: Denver, Colorado
An investment management firm is looking to add an Investor Relations Associate to their team. The ideal candidate is success-driven and highly motivated. Additionally would remain conscious of investor needs, and possess an in-depth knowledge of the industry and key stakeholders. This individual will support Senior Management with fundraising initiatives and communications with global Investors, Prospects, and Consultants.
The Investor Relations Associate would be Responsible for:
- Contribute to investor outreach, answer questions, draft responses, and communicate sentiment with senior management.
- Assist with investor and prospect communication, content, and cadence.
- Organize, utilize, and update the CRM database and internal prospect tracking.
- Record meeting notes, coordinate follow-up materials, and assist in developing marketing and fundraising materials.
- Attend road shows and networking events.
- Improve investor communications, including case studies, presentations, reports, and web content.
- Coordinate content for investor meetings and events.
- Become the first point of contact for inbound calls from existing investors.
- Maintain long-term relationships with strategic partners.
- Stay updated on portfolio management decisions, products, and pipeline deals.
- Turn market and industry data into consumable investor marketing material.
- Assist with onboarding and subscription processes.
The Investor Relations Associate Should Have:
- Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
- Investor-oriented mindset with confidence in interaction with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent organizational, communication, writing, and research skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to travel often, as required.
