Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Manager to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset. This role is crucial in driving our financial performance and supporting key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial models and performance metrics.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A or a related finance role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
• Experience in the aviation or manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Active DoD clearance is highly preferred.
