Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Manager to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset. This role is crucial in driving our financial performance and supporting key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial models and performance metrics.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A or a related finance role.

Salary : $125,000 - $135,000
