Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon

Addison Family Dentistry is seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and personable Oral Surgeon OR Periodontist to join our established family practice in Addison, NY part-time. We are looking for an exceptional candidate that prioritizes patient care to drive practice growth. Our ideal candidate has a compassionate and confident bedside manner as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Number of Drs. in practice: 4
• Serving the community for 30 years
• Practice’s annual revenue: $3.5 Million
• 98% Fee for service
• Part-time - flexible days/hours
• Fully digital, upgraded technology (iTero, CEREC, Schick digital X-rays, Cone Beam, Overjet, etc.)
• Active patient base: 5,000
• Average new patients/month: 60

Compensation

• $1000 - $1500 per hour, commensurate with experience
• Strong minimum guarantee and % of collections

Qualifications And Skills

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with active license in the state of New York, in good standing.
• Completion of a residency program in Oral Surgery or Periodontics.
• At least 3-5 years of clinical experience.
• Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients.
• Periodontics: Highly proficient in aspects of Periodontics, including, but not limited to, implants, scaling and root planing, grafting, etc.
• Oral Surgery: Highly skilled in extractions, bone and tissue grafting, implant procedures, etc.
• Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve.
• Willingness to be in-network as needed.
