Job Summary:
· We are looking for a driven, ambitious, and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team, focusing on direct and relationship-based sales. The Sales Manager will be key in expanding SSI's client base and deepening existing client relationships. Summary of Responsibilities:
Direct Sales:
· Identify and engage potential clients to generate new business and drive revenue.
· Conduct market research to target clients and understand the competitive landscape.
· Implement sales plans to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
· Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing.
Relationship Sales:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term partnerships.
· Act as a trusted advisor on workforce planning and talent acquisition.
· Collaborate with internal teams to maximize client satisfaction and service delivery.
Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking:
· Track and analyze sales metrics, including pipeline progress and client retention rates.
· Maintain records of sales activities using CRM tools.
· Share insights on industry trends to inform business strategy.
Qualifications:
· 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the staffing and recruitment industry.
· Proven track record in direct sales and client relationship management, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
· Strong staffing and recruitment services knowledge, with experience engaging HR, procurement, and executive-level stakeholders.
· Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with a client-centric mindset.
· Results-oriented approach with solid negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
· Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
