Compensation : $22-24ph DOE

Position Overview :
Lab Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that production meets its day-to-day schedule. The supervisor is responsible for the formulations, preparation, completion of production of highest quality sterile buffers, media and aqueous solutions. The individual must have the ability to work independently and oversee the process, personnel in the reagent manufacturing environment while maintaining safety, process adherence and production of the highest quality product.
Role and Responsibilities :
Lead the daily production of all buffers, aqueous solution, buffers. Formulation, weighing, mixing, pH adjustment, filtration, sterilization, filling etc..
Train new team members on Production procedures, processes, and documentation practices
Work with scheduler and planners to ensure timely manufacture and release of all products on time
Maintain daily production, formulation and filtration operations
Maintain and assist in upkeep of equipment is in optimal condition
Collaborate with QA and maintain active certificate of analyses and related document
Schedule the Calibration, Maintenance, and Operation procedures of various lab equipment
Ensure accurate documentation of manufacturing batch records, managing team members, and cleanliness of the production area.
This position is responsible for the daily supervision of staff, and training new hires on company procedures, including but not limited to chemicals, materials, and equipment.
