Essential Responsibilities/Duties:
- Admissions- Responsibilities for Assisting Admissions Director
- Meet with prospective students and families
- Enter and update leads in software tracking system
- Submit weekly reports for leads contact and enrollment as required by SPEC
- Communicate with student / parent in aiding them in the process of completing the necessary documents necessary for enrollment
- Enter and update student profile information in software tracking system
- Send out information to prospective students Professional response to email/phone inquiries
- Meet with students during college visits at High Schools
- Meet with Career Counselor during each High School visit
- Career fairs
- Update catalog / student handbook / SAP documents when necessary
- Follow the enrollment process for each enrolled student.
- Compile class start dates/end dates
- Verification complete if applicable
- Accurate Placement Order for Student Files
- Scholarships
- Administrative Support
Other Responsibilities/Duties:
- Adhering to School policies and procedures
- Attend staff meetings when directed
- Attend Training events when directed
Qualifications, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Proven track records of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- 2-3 years of sales experience
- Computer skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must have a pleasant attitude and excellent demeanor.
- Must work well under pressure.
- Schedule flexibility is necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 per hour
