Job Description:
As a Sales Executive at Carolina Voltage, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving sales for our range of electrical services. You will collaborate with the sales team and other departments to meet targets and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand the client’s electrical needs and offer appropriate services and solutions.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to clients, addressing their specific requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Consistently monitor industry trends, competitor activities and market developments.
- Coordinate with the General Manager to develop and execute strategies to drive sales, enhance profitability, and improve customer and employee satisfaction.
- Uphold our commitment to excellence, delivering exceptional service to clients and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 3 years of sales experience in B2B sales.
- Ability to confidently complete cold calls and in person visits.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of Electrical systems and services (preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft office suite, email, and laptop/tablet.
- Initiative-taking and purposeful with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Customer-focused with a dedication to delivering exceptional service.

Work Schedule:
