Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our company. This is a full-time on-site position located in Sidney, OH.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange housing accommodation for expatriates and vendors, including lease management and hotel bookings.
- Facilitate communication among all stakeholders to ensure a seamless stay.
- Track rental payments, utility bills, and related expenses to ensure timely processing.
- Oversee company rental properties, ensuring timely maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain office supply inventory, track usage, and implement cost-control measures.
- Supervise office building sanitation and cleanliness, ensuring a well-maintained and hygienic workspace.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for office-related needs.
- Support general administrative duties, including document filing, reporting, and coordinating office activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in office management or a related administrative role.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and effectively prioritize tasks.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments and diverse cultures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and office management systems.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift and move materials as needed.
