Working on a small high functioning team, this role will have the opportunity to impact customer satisfaction by meeting demands and paying attention to details for incoming and outgoing materials and products. Market, promote and sell SemiGen’s services and products by planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the sales and marketing strategy. Management oversight of inside sales staff as well as external sales representative partners.Duties and Responsibilities : Formulate the business development strategy, which aligns with the overall organizational goals.Develop a plan to meet annual revenue goals supported with quarterly revenue forecast details.Provide periodic updates on the progress of business development initiatives against the set strategic objectives.Create business proposals based on customer requirements, product capability, competitive knowledge, and market environment to create value propositions and differentiation of offering.Research, analyze and monitor market and industry trends.Develop and nurture long-term strategic relationships with customers.Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities with an emphasis on large and / or strategic opportunities. Develop and maintain customer business relationships at mid-tier and top-level management.Contribute to new product strategy, positioning and roadmap including partnership developments.Contribute to the prioritization and development of new products with justified business cases.Brief and train the sales force during Sales Conferences and other sales meetings; includes training of Regional Business Managers, Authorized Sales Representatives and Franchised Distributors.Work with management to develop product marketing plans for new products and implement product specific marketing collateral; i.e., datasheets, white papers, brochures, advertisements, etc.We are looking for someone who has : Minimum of 10 years business development experience in the High reliability OEM component field with strong technical sales and marketing knowledge in the Aerospace & Defense, Space, and Medical high reliability markets.Requires an in-depth understanding of microelectronic manufacturing services and / or Semiconductor products and RF microwave technologies.Must be available to travel up to 25% to 35% of the time.Demonstrable skills using product management tools : Market and product plans, timelines, market research, and product validity.Ability to establish priorities and maintain multiple priorities and tasks at one time.Well-developed organizational and interpersonal skills. A self-starting and self-motivating individual, capable of working in a small company atmosphere.Strong computer skills.
