As the Product Manager for Merchandise Marketplace, you will oversee the creation and development of Hard Rock’s merchandise eCommerce app. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and deliver an engaging, customer-centric marketplace that drives growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product roadmap and backlog for the merchandise marketplace, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver impactful product enhancements.
• Optimize the customer journey from browsing to checkout, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience.
• Utilize data to inform decisions, track progress, and measure success against key business metrics.
• Lead Agile sprints, work with engineering teams, and ensure timely delivery of product features and CMS integration.
• Stay up-to-date with eCommerce and digital marketplace trends to recommend innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in product management, preferably in eCommerce or digital marketplaces.
• Strong technical skills and experience with Agile methodologies.
• Data-driven, with the ability to analyze customer insights and optimize product performance.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
