Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office while also overseeing payroll functions. This role requires strong administrative skills, experience in payroll processing, and the ability to foster a positive work environment.
Duties
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure office supplies and resources are maintained.
- Oversee payroll on a regular schedule, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Provide administrative support to management, including scheduling meetings.
- Manage communication within the office including IT department.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including hours worked, sick leave, vacation time, and other relevant records.
- Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and queries in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and best practices.
- Manage office facilities, including coordinating maintenance and repairs.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Organize office layout and ensure a tidy and safe working environment.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in business administration or related field.
- Proven Experience as an office manager .
- Excellent written and verbal communication and strong attention to details.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
