Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 80 employees across production, packaging, maintenance, EHS, and quality departments.
- Oversight of operational functions, including milling, maintenance, capital projects, safety, environmental, and food safety/quality.
- Ensure proper staffing and training for optimal performance.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and ensure plant performance evaluations.
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in food processing management.
- BS in Engineering, Business, Agri-Business, or related field.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improving efficiency.
