Primary Purpose
The Business Interface Advisor is responsible for supporting the Business Interface Manager (BIM) in the execution of commercial aspects of internal and external interfaces for company liquefied natural gas (LNG) project(s). Provides support for various aspect of the project, including developing, implementing and ensuring process/procedure efficiencies and lessons learned into the day-to-day of the project(s). Work cross functionally with different project areas to maintain project status, support the development of solutions for issues and participate in forecasting issues. Utilize interface management plans to monitor: (1) deliverables, (2) schedules, (3) correspondence. Maintains associated documentation all in accordance with the Project Execution Plan while utilizing standardized project control processes and tools.Work location will be Houston and with periodic travel to the Port Arthur job site during the course of the project execution.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides support for the development and implementation of the Project Execution Plan, Project Processes and Procedures. Helps to outline business process improvements and coordinating improvement strategies with internal stakeholders. Analyze and monitor implemented changes to business processes and making adjustments as needed. Manages certain aspects related to the implementation stages of process improvement initiatives.
- Provides advice on internal and external project related interfaces. External interfaces include investor members / equity partners, lenders, contractors, and other consultants. Internal interfaces include applicable project related functions such as Insurance/Risk, Legal, Operations, Tax, Permitting, and External Affairs.
- Prepare and distribute information as required regarding project status, compliance and modifications. Optimize project messaging through the ensuring consistency and efficiency with project content. Maintains appropriate, standardized reporting documents (reports, presentations, videos and other mediums) reflecting key issues, resolutions, and performance to enable them to effectively understand risks and impacts on the project.
- Collaborate with all project stakeholders and overall project venture for the completion of activities.

Education
- Bachelor's Degree Business Communications / Administration / Services, Contracts/Supply Mgmt or equivalent experience Required Experience
- 5 Related professional experience in energy and project business services, controls or contracts management with experience in day-to-day management of high-volume project-related inquiries and complex tasks. Required
