Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization towards achieving its mission and strategic objectives. He/she is responsible for the management of day to day activities pertaining to Seneca Designs, which include but are not limited to:
· Customer service
· Reports and invoicing for West Virginia Association of Rehabilitation Facilities, INC
· Collaborating with WV Division of Rehabilitation Services
· Client and employee management
· Facility management
· Financial Management
· Strategic Revenue Management
He/she executes the policies established by, reports regularly to and advises the Board of Directors. The Director is responsible for making the Board aware of any necessary changes to be made. He/she has the responsibility and authority to hire, assign duties, discipline, re-assign duties, suspend or discharge staff within any program in accordance with the policies and procedures established by the Board. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of operations management.

- Proven experience in operations management.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities well.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing teams.
- Experience in business development with a track record of identifying growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
