Director of Nursing (DON) Job Qualifications:

• 
  RN in WV or in compact state

• 
  CPR certified


• 1 year supervisory experience
• 2 years as a nurse

• 
  Prefer at least 1 year experience as a RN

Director of Nursing (DON) Job Duties:

• Lead the Nursing team
• Follow state and federal guidelines
• Follow facility policies and procedures
