Position Title: ArcGIS Administrator – SaaS & Data Management

Location: Austin TX – Onsite

Position Status: Contract

Rate: $65/hour on W2 (Based on experience)

Must: Program will only allow candidates who are LOCAL TO THE TEXAS ONLY

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and manage an ArcGIS SaaS instance, ensuring high performance and security.

Set up and maintain user access, permissions, and security for internal and external users.

Troubleshoot technical issues related to ArcGIS Online or On-Premise environments.

Work closely with business users and technical teams to optimize system usability.

Develop and implement best practices for data management, visualization, and GIS analytics.

Required Experience:

• 8 years – Experience in ArcGIS Administration or Development (experience in both is preferred).
• 5 years – Expertise in data management and database concepts.
• 5 years – Experience with data manipulation and cleaning techniques.
• 5 years – Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to ArcGIS Online or On-Premise.
• 4 years – Proficiency in user administration and permissions management.
• 3 years – Hands-on experience as an ArcGIS Online or On-Premise administrator.
• 2 years – Experience developing GIS visualizations and analytics.
• 1 year – Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business users.
