One of our top clients is hiring a Social Engineering Junior Analyst:
Location: Hybrid - Vienna, VA
Social Engineering Analyst - Junior (Job Description)
Responsibility:
• Design and execute various social engineering campaigns to evaluate employee awareness and
security posture, including but not limited to email-based Phishing, SMS-based Smishing, and
voice-based Vishing simulations.
• Analyze target group behavior and create custom scenarios using various practical techniques
and technologies spear phishing campaigns.
• Effectively communicate results and after-actions to various teams across the enterprise to
educate and increase security awareness.
• Adhere to all team processes and procedures, including proper program documentation and
project planning.
• Partner with a cross-functional team of data engineers, data scientists, and data visualizers to
deliver projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Cyber Security, or a related field (or equivalent work
experience).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in social engineering, risk management or cyber governance.
• Strong understanding of social engineering concepts and red team practices.
• Advanced verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills to communicate clearly and
concisely technical and non-technical information to all levels of management.
Desired:
• Certifications in Cybersecurity, Penetration Testing, or Ethical Hacking
• Experience working in project planning tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar tools.
• Experience with piloting and implementing new technologies and toolkits, including initial on
boarding, user-acceptance testing, and full product rollout.
• Strong presentation and training experience.
• Experience working with Cybersecurity Frameworks and related concepts.
