Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Partner with senior and executive leadership to develop and execute strategies that drive sales growth, distributor recruitment, and rank advancement.
- Implement targeted go-to-market and sales initiatives aligned with SeneGence’s mission to empower distributors and achieve key revenue milestones.
- Recommend and execute innovative sales incentives, recognition programs, and tailored training initiatives to support distributor success.
- Deliver impactful field training sessions, including distributor onboarding, opportunity workshops, and leadership development programs.
- Collaborate with global teams to align strategies and support revenue generation and distributor engagement across multiple markets.
- Serve as a mentor and coach to the global sales team, fostering a culture of innovation, empowerment, and performance.
- Partner closely with marketing, events, and cross-functional teams to align initiatives and ensure cohesive execution.
- Commit to a travel schedule of up to 75%, including domestic and international events that inspire and connect our distributor network.
- Fulfill other responsibilities as required by business needs.
- Proven success in building and nurturing relationships within a direct selling or network marketing environment.
- 5 years of sales leadership experience working with independent distributors or entrepreneurial teams.
- Fluent in Spanish to effectively support and engage our diverse global distributor base.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and complete projects independently, meeting and exceeding performance goals.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate and optimize SeneGence’s programs, incentives, and field development initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to create compelling presentations and reports.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and regions, aligning strategies with SeneGence’s global vision.
- Consistent and reliable attendance to fulfill the demands of this critical role.
- Experience in managing international sales teams or distributors.
- Background in coaching and mentoring individuals to achieve personal and professional success.
- Familiarity with the direct selling industry or cosmetics and skincare products.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to negotiate effectively in dynamic situations.
- Possession of a valid state driver’s license (or ability to obtain one).
- Possession of a valid passport (or ability to obtain one).
