Field Development Manager - Hispanic Markets

The Field Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth, supporting distributor recruitment, and fostering leadership development within the dynamic world of SeneGence. This position is key to empowering our network of independent distributors while contributing to our mission of empowering individuals globally.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Partner with senior and executive leadership to develop and execute strategies that drive sales growth, distributor recruitment, and rank advancement.
• Implement targeted go-to-market and sales initiatives aligned with SeneGence's mission to empower distributors and achieve key revenue milestones.
• Recommend and execute innovative sales incentives, recognition programs, and tailored training initiatives to support distributor success.
• Deliver impactful field training sessions, including distributor onboarding, opportunity workshops, and leadership development programs.
• Collaborate with global teams to align strategies and support revenue generation and distributor engagement across multiple markets.
• Serve as a mentor and coach to the global sales team, fostering a culture of innovation, empowerment, and performance.
• Partner closely with marketing, events, and cross-functional teams to align initiatives and ensure cohesive execution.
• Commit to a travel schedule of up to 75%, including domestic and international events that inspire and connect our distributor network.
• Fulfill other responsibilities as required by business needs.
