Under the guidance of the Operations Manager, the Inventory Control Lead carries out essential duties to maintain inventory accuracy and provide necessary information to other departments.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Control and oversee all inventory movements in the system.
- Perform daily cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy in the Acumatica system.
- Provide inventory information as requested by other departments.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and provide root cause analysis for any discrepancies.
- Manage the stock item master, identifying and rectifying incorrect descriptions and stock numbers.
- Control the lot and movement file, handling over 100 moves per day.
- Manage the cycle count process by systematically entering counts and reconciling as necessary.
- Coordinate the reservation of promotional products by tracking forecast files and reserving or releasing products as needed.
- Analyze and manage minimum order stock (MOS) daily, coordinating and scheduling trucks between Oklahoma and California to balance inventory levels, ensuring three months of inventory is left behind and bringing new products to Oklahoma before launch dates.
- Monitor incoming quality control (QC) products and systematically release them once approved by QC.
- Control all reject/QC products in Oklahoma, performing all QC system moves.
- Generate monthly reports on expiring products to track inventory levels (OTC report).
- Coordinate and update daily files for all kits and estimated time of arrival (ETA) for kit builds, systematically releasing kits.
- Reconcile production orders in the Acumatica system.
- Run daily inventory balance reports for all locations, analyzing inventory levels and accuracy.
- Coordinate all company inventory requests, ensuring timely provision of products and making any necessary adjustments.
- Create all international production orders, issuing materials and completing moves. Close with accurate work-in-progress (WIP).
- Create all over label production orders, issuing and releasing them.
- Replenish collections to meet 8-week sales targets by analyzing collections and balancing singles and collection sales.
- Assume QC team responsibilities until a team is established in Oklahoma.
- Other duties as requested by business need.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in inventory and supply chain management.
- Forklift certification or ability to successfully complete forklift training and operate machinery safely according to company protocols.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Excel and data entry systems.
- Excellent organizational and efficient time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Consistent and regular attendance is expected.
