What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Office Administrator position at Senior Care Life and Health Services?
Senior Care Life Services is a small health insurance brokerage that specializes in Medicare Advantage Health Plans and Life Insurance. We are hiring an Office Administrator/Data Management Specialist to perform the following tasks:
-Spearhead and organize marketing campaigns for current clients, to include creating marketing pieces
-Establish an online presence through the development and maintenance of a company website and social media platforms
-Implement a cloud-based CRM database and migrate existing data from Excel. This database will house client demographics and insurance plan identifiers for existing and new clients. The CRM application has already been chosen, we're looking for someone who can transfer the data (manual or automated) and create, implement, and manage new processes.
-Analyze commission statements from various insurance companies and ensure all payments were received
-Follow up with insurance companies on lapsed clients and unpaid commissions
-Interact with current clients, primarily over the telephone, to ensure client satisfaction with the services provided by Senior Care and gather updated information for client files
-Scrub client data to ensure company file is accurate
This is an on-site position located in Collierville, TN. The work schedule for this position will be 4 days a week/ 5 hours per day or 5 days per week/ 4 hours per day. Preferably, work hours will be either 9a-1p (or 2p) or 12p-4p (or 5p). We are willing to make adjustments to the work hours for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will:
-Have, at least, a moderate level of working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, to include data analysis, data mining and data manipulation
-Have experience working in a customer relationship database (CRM)
-Be detail oriented, meticulous, and patient with data.
-Be patient with clients and always exude professionalism.
-Be creative and forward thinking. In this position there will be a significant amount of collaboration related to CRM set up and also marketing campaigns.
-Be an organized, efficient and highly focused self-starter who requires very little to no direct supervision to achieve goals
-Experience in Canva is a plus
