We are seeking a Regional Sales Director to drive growth and expand our presence in the Los Angeles region . What You'll Do :
Lead Regional Growth : Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and drive revenue.
Achieve & Exceed KPIs : Own sales targets and key performance indicators, ensuring consistent growth.
Build Strong Partnerships : Establish and maintain trusted relationships with senior living communities, healthcare providers, and key stakeholders.
Drive Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities , negotiating contracts and agreements that benefit all parties.
Optimize Sales Performance : Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to track activity, manage pipelines, and analyze performance trends.
Collaborate for Success : Work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and leadership to ensure a seamless sales process and alignment with company goals.
What We're Looking For :
5 years of experience in sales leadership within senior living communities, healthcare services, or related industries.
Strong background in business development, marketing, or healthcare administration .
Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies, with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills , with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
Analytical mindset , with the ability to assess market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Experience negotiating contracts and agreements with key partners.
Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) for sales tracking and performance analysis.
