We are seeking a Regional Sales Director to drive growth and expand our presence in the Los Angeles region . This role is ideal for a dynamic, results-driven sales leader with experience in senior living communities and a passion for improving healthcare access. What You’ll Do :

  • Lead Regional Growth : Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and drive revenue.
  • Achieve & Exceed KPIs : Own sales targets and key performance indicators, ensuring consistent growth.
  • Build Strong Partnerships : Establish and maintain trusted relationships with senior living communities, healthcare providers, and key stakeholders.
  • Drive Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities , negotiating contracts and agreements that benefit all parties.
  • Optimize Sales Performance : Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to track activity, manage pipelines, and analyze performance trends.
  • Collaborate for Success : Work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and leadership to ensure a seamless sales process and alignment with company goals.

What We’re Looking For :

  • 5 years of experience in sales leadership within senior living communities, healthcare services, or related industries.
  • Strong background in business development, marketing, or healthcare administration
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies, with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills , with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
  • Analytical mindset , with the ability to assess market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Experience negotiating contracts and agreements with key partners.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) for sales tracking and performance analysis.
