What are the responsibilities and job description for the Care Team Manager position at Senior Helpers?
Great companies need great leaders. The Care Team Manager (CTM) will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and developing caregivers within the franchise territory. This will include all caregiver hiring, recognition programs, training, and performance improvement.
Duties
- Building strong teams - foster a collaborative and supportive work environment by recruiting, developing, and retaining high performing teams
- D evelop and implement engaging training programs to ensure caregivers receive comprehensive and effective training
- Conduct on-the job coaching visits, and ensure every caregiver feels valued and empowered
- Recognizing hard work, and help caregivers grow in their roles.
- Lead fun recognition programs like Caregiver of the Month and celebrate outstanding performance with creative rewards and acknowledgments.
- Manage attendance - oversee and track employee attendance to ensure compliance with scheduling and operational needs
