As a Staff Accountant , you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of financial records and reporting. You will collaborate with the finance team and community leadership to manage day-to-day accounting functions, including general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and month-end closings. Key Responsibilities :
- Manage general ledger entries and ensure timely reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow reporting.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as GAAP.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation.
- Collaborate with community leadership to provide financial insights and support operational goals.
