Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Home Health Account Executive with an established book of business to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving referrals, building strong relationships with healthcare providers, and expanding our home health services within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other referral sources.
Identify new business opportunities and increase referral volume through strategic sales efforts.
Educate healthcare professionals on the benefits of our home health services and how we can support their patients.
Manage and grow an existing book of business while consistently generating new referrals.
Work closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient transitions and satisfaction.
Track and report sales activity, referral trends, and market insights.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
Proven experience in healthcare sales, preferably in home health, or related services.
Existing book of business with established referral relationships is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of Medicare guidelines, home health regulations, and patient eligibility.
Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
