**Requirements and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, business, or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in a manufacturing, packaging, and/or production environment
- ~10 years of progressive leadership, supervisory, and/or management experience
- Proficient in commonly used software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and LabWorks, DP2
- In-depth knowledge of IT systems, usage, implementation, analysis, and design/improvement of software support in the management of revenue, quality, delivery, and measurement systems
