The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented leader to join our team as a Senior Production Manager. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations in designated production departments, ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently, meeting or exceeding quality standards and on-time delivery.
You will work closely with the Vice President of Operations to create short- and long-term goals for departments, develop training programs, and establish workflow systems and procedures.
