Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Fabricator, The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal fabrication and welding techniques, and will be responsible for creating and assembling metal structures and components. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
Perform metal fabrication tasks including cutting, shaping, and assembling metal parts.
Utilize various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding to join metal components.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Measure and cut materials accurately to specified dimensions.
Inspect fabricated parts and welded surfaces to ensure they meet quality standards.
Operate and maintain fabrication and welding equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Fabricator and Welder.
Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and precision.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Knowledge of safety practices and protocols in metal fabrication and welding.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
