What are the responsibilities and job description for the Groundskeeper I (Seasonal) position at SentryWorld?

What You'll Do
As a Groundskeeper, you’ll:
- Perform maintenance of grounds around SentryWorld Properties. Some tasks include mowing, string trimming, edging, mulching, etc. to enhance the appearance of SentryWorld
- Prepare playing surfaces on the golf course such as greens, tees, fairways, rough, bunkers
- Assist with projects, cultural practices and other assigned duties from the Golf Course Management team.
What it Takes
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
- Motivated and punctual, able to work both independently and as a part of a team
- Related experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to use routine hand and power tools, exercise common courtesy, and understand and follow instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record with a valid driver's license
- Available to work irregular hours/days to meet deadlines or accommodate weather conditions, which may be flexible up to 40 hours per week.
