We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to support our consumers in achieving greater independence and life satisfaction as a Registered Nurse.
Responsibilities
- Deliver professional care and services to SERV consumers with dignity and respect.
- Collaborate with physicians and other team members using effective communication and documentation skills.
- Provide leadership to assigned staff, delegating and coordinating nursing care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Train staff and consumers on relevant topics to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Oversee case management, perform medical assessments, review medical records, and administer medication accurately.
Requirements
- A degree from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
- Licensure to practice nursing in the state of New Jersey is mandatory.
- A current CPR/FA certificate is necessary.
- The ideal candidate must be at least 21 years old.
- They must also pass a physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
- A valid driver's license in the state of residence with no more than 5 points on their driving record is required.
Estimated Salary
$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
