JND Management LLC is growing and looking for an Accountant to help take our team to the next level!
At JND Management, we help small business owners gain financial clarity and confidence through expert bookkeeping and accounting support. With a growing roster of 30 clients, we provide tailored financial management solutions designed to streamline operations, ensure compliance, and drive business growth.
Our team handles everything from transaction entry and categorization to monthly reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, sales tax filing, and client communication. While we are not CPAs, we ensure businesses have accurate and organized financial records, allowing owners to focus on running and growing their companies.

This role includes:
- Maintain meticulously organized QuickBooks Online files for multiple companies
- Accurately enter and categorize checking account and credit card transactions
- Oversee accounts payable processes, including vendor setup, document collection, bill payments, and 1099 issuance
- Analyze and forecast client cash positions, providing timely communication of financial needs
- Manage expense documentation through efficient invoice and receipt collection and storage
- Handle the filing and payment of sales tax, excise tax, and property tax
- Perform comprehensive month-end reporting, including account reconciliations, variance analysis, financial report compilation, and strategic insights
- Lead income tax return projects, preparing financial statements and coordinating with tax preparers to ensure timely and accurate filings
- Foster and manage strong client relationships through effective communication
Qualifications:
- Proficient to advanced skills in QuickBooks Online, with experience managing multiple company files preferred
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles; a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred
- Demonstrated experience with small business accounting practices, including bookkeeping, accounts payable, financial reporting, budgeting, and tax considerations across various business structures (LLCs, partnerships, corporations, etc.)
- Proficiency with Google Drive for file management, Gmail, cloud-based bill payment solutions, and accounting task management software
