What You’ll Do :
As the Project Manager II, you will be doing the following :
- Manages, oversees and coordinates all aspects of medium to large, typically more complex projects from start through completion of project. You will help define project business results, goals and success measures, deliverables, and scope; define tasks and required resources; create a project schedule and milestones, timeline and work plan; monitor progress and report on the project status; present to stakeholders on progress as well as problems and solutions; create and maintain comprehensive project documentation; evaluate and assess the result of the project. May handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactively communicates project requirements to project team and wider organization as and when required, and maintains accurate and up to date records of project status and changes.
- Identifies potential project risks and develops / implements risk management strategies to minimize impact to estimated costs, timeline, and business results.
- Proactively communicates project schedules, project change proposals and related project activities on a regular basis with stakeholders.
- May create Requests for Proposals to external service providers for business solutions, evaluate the proposals and manage the selection process, and be involved in negotiating solution costs and contracts.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
