Service Center Metals, located in Prince George, VA is a leader in the aluminum industry, and we are hiring for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician with a strong industrial electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic experience, who will report to the Maintenance Manager at our Prince George plant.

Must Have:
- Have at least 2-5 years of Industrial Hydraulic systems, Electrical systems, Pneumatic systems, Welding & Fabricating.
- electrical or mechanical troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment.
- Reading and interpreting engineering blueprints.
- Installing new production equipment.
- Servicing and maintaining equipment including motors, conveyor systems, transmission systems, and production-related equipment.
- Identifying faulty equipment.
- Making relevant adjustments to machinery.
- Inspecting machines and electrical equipment.
- Carrying out preventive maintenance to ensure that industrial machines remain operational.
- Work in a team environment at a fast pace
- Be dependable and accountable to work with team members
- Work a rotating schedule of 12-hour shifts/alternating every other weekend including overtime
- Lift 20 - 50 pounds or more on a regular basis and 51 – 75 pounds on an occasional basis
- Able to reach, stoop, bend, and be physical throughout a work shift
- Work effectively in very hot and cold temperatures
- Have excellent math and communication skills
- High School Graduate or GED preferred
